Guardian In Home Services seeks only the qualified and most dedicated responsible and caring care providers. We believe that team players are most important to give the best care available. As a home care provider your responsibilities would be to develop a trusting and caring relationship with the clients and to give the satisfaction of security and safety while caring for them in their own homes. While assisting them with the daily routines of bathing, grooming and meals you would develop a caring and loving environment.

Detailed Duties Include:

Personal Care, Medication Reminders, Light Housekeeping, Meal Planning and Preparation, Transportation, Laundry and Companionship

You must have previous experience either in a nursing home, hospital or private care. The qualifications include being able to transport, lift, bath, feed, turn and be able to work with the elderly, disabled or mentally challenged one on one. Working in the kitchen of a nursing home is does not qualify as experience.

To be able to register with Guardian as an independent care provider you must be able to meet the following requirements:

1. You must have a current drivers license and auto insurance.
2. You must have your own transportation.
3. You must have a working telephone.
4. You must be available for every other weekend and every other holiday.
5. Must have a clean criminal background. This must be "No Record Found" there will be NO EXCEPTIONS! The cost depends on the state you have lived the past 7 years and must be paid in cash. This is renewable each year.
6. You will need to provide 3 work references name address and phone numbers.
7. You will need to provide 2 personal references name address and phone numbers. No family on these.
8. You will need to provide your Social Security card.
9. You will need to provide copies of all certificates you have, CNA, GNA, CPR, etc.
