Guardian In Home Services excels in providing only the most qualified and trustworthy individuals for our agency. We strive to meet the requirements of each clients needs.

Guardian takes the time to meet personally with each care provider to make sure they have the experience for taking care of your loved ones. They are screened individually and must have experience in working with the elderly, disabled or mentally challenged.

We place the care providers with the background of each client. For example if the client has dementia we will place a care provider that has experience in that field and also a care provider that can relate to the client as far as background.

• All care providers must be able to read, write, speak and understand English language.
• All care providers must have experience in the nursing homes, hospital or private duty. They must be able to lift, bath, turn, feed and transport clients. They must be willing to help with laundry, housekeeping and meal preparations.
• All care providers must be committed to giving the excellent care to all clients with Guardian In Home Services.
• All care providers are independent contractors (self-employed) and pay their own taxes and insurances. There are no benefits and all wages must be reported.
