"The biggest impact was the experience that total strangers can become such close friends in such a short period of time. The team of caregivers from Guardian were simply wonderful."

We can't thank Guardian In Home Services enough for their care, compassion and professional service takin care of our mother during the final weeks of her life. All three of us live out of state and when we were all at the hospital and were informed Mom was to enter hospice, we knew we needed help.

One of my mother's final wishes, and one she stated over and over for years, was she did not want to go to a nursing home. She wanted to go back home! It seemed like such a simple request for someone who through life had always honored our requests. Without Guardian, it would not have been possible.

We could not have cared for Mom without Guardian. They enabled us to split shifts around our schedules and come in and out of town all while leaving us feeling that Mom had someone by her side at ALL times who cared for her in a very professional and loving way.

Beyond the passing of my mother the biggest impact was the experience that total strangers can become such close friends in such a short period of time. The team of caregivers from Guardian were simply wonderful. Each one seemed better than the next and they were all great. Four of them even took a Saturday afternoon to attend Mom's memorial service.

There's nothing left to say. THANK YOU!

"We just wanted to thank you for the great care you provided during the last 6 months to our mother, Jean. You know better than us how difficult it is for families dealing with Alzheimer’s. We appreciated it when your people went the “extra mile.”
